Portfolio / Case study

A learning platform that gives every batch one home.

A subject tutor running several batches, online and offline, needed one place for classes, notes and students. We built a public website and a private student portal that keep everything organized by batch.

The goal

Everything a student needs, behind one login.

Students should find the right batch, understand what it covers and reach their classes and materials quickly. The tutor needed each batch kept separate and access kept under control.

01

Many batches, one teacher

Several batches run at different times, each with its own subjects, lessons and students. Keeping them organized needed structure, not folders of files.

02

Content for the right students only

Recorded classes and notes are valuable, so access had to be limited to enrolled students and a login should not be easy to pass around.

03

A clear public face

Prospective students needed to see the available batches, what each one covers and whether enrollment is open, before ever signing in.

What we built

Six pieces, one working system.

01

A public website for the batches

A clear home page with the available batches, what makes the teaching different, student feedback and a way to get in touch.

02

Batch listings with real structure

Each batch shows its subjects, lessons and student count, plus an enrollment status, so visitors can see what is open at a glance.

03

A private student portal

Students sign in with a student ID or mobile number and a password. Accounts are set up by the tutor or admin, so there is no open sign-up.

04

Device approval for new logins

Signing in from a new device needs admin approval, while the previous device stays signed in during the wait. A clear notice reminds students not to share login details.

05

Chapter and lesson based learning

Recorded classes, hand notes and PDFs are organized by chapter and lesson, so students can learn at their own pace at any time.

06

Student voice and support

Student feedback on the home page and a clear route to support, including where to go for password help.

How a student uses it

From first visit to first lesson.

  1. 01

    Find a batch

Visitors browse the available batches and see subjects, lessons and enrollment status.

  2. 02

    Get an account

Students contact their batch teacher or admin, who set up the account.

  3. 03

    Sign in securely

Students sign in with an ID or mobile number. A new device needs admin approval.

  4. 04

    Learn by chapter

Students open their batch and work through recorded classes, notes and PDFs, chapter by chapter.

What is live

What this project delivers today.

  • A public website and a private student portal, built as one connected system
  • Six batches published at the time of writing, each with subjects, lessons and enrollment status
  • Student sign-in with ID or mobile number, with admin approval for new devices
  • Chapter and lesson based access to recorded classes, notes and PDFs
  • Student feedback and a clear support route on the public site

Measured results

The platform is live. Usage and enrollment figures will be added here once the client approves sharing them.
