About these terms
These terms apply when you visit company.sayedulislam.website or ask SA Coder (“we”, “us”) to build or improve something for you. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and forms part of these terms.
Our services
We design and build AI-enabled websites, eCommerce stores, AI integrations, business workflow automation and custom software. Each project is governed by a written proposal that sets out the scope, timeline, pricing, payment terms and what we will deliver. If a proposal conflicts with these terms, the proposal applies to that project.
Using this website
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
- send spam, malware or misleading content through our contact form;
- copy or scrape the site in a way that harms it or breaches the rights of others.
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Enquiries and proposals
Sending an enquiry or booking a strategy call does not create a contract. A contract begins only when you accept a written proposal from us. Pricing is scoped for each project, and any estimate we give before a proposal is a guide, not a commitment.
Your responsibilities
To deliver a project well, we need you to:
- give us accurate information and timely feedback;
- provide the access, content and approvals the project needs;
- make sure you have the right to use any content, brand assets and data you give us.
Delays in any of these may move the timeline.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including its text, design and code, belongs to SA Coder or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Ownership and licensing of the work we deliver for a client, and of any tools or code we reuse across projects, are set out in the proposal for that project. Content you supply remains yours.
AI features
Where a project includes AI features, those features can produce answers that are incomplete or wrong. We design them with human review and handoff where it matters, but you remain responsible for how you use AI output in your business and for checking anything important before relying on it.
Third-party tools
Our work often connects to services run by others, such as WordPress, Shopify, Stripe, OpenAI, Claude, n8n and Zapier. Those services have their own terms, prices and outages, which we do not control. You are responsible for your accounts and any fees with them unless the proposal says otherwise.
No guarantee of results
We start every project with a goal you can track, and we work to meet it. Business outcomes such as traffic, sales or time saved depend on many factors outside our control, so we cannot guarantee a specific result.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, SA Coder is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project, unless the proposal states otherwise.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, nor affects your statutory consumer rights where they apply.
Confidentiality
We treat non-public information you share about your business and projects as confidential and use it only to deliver the work. This does not cover information that is already public or that we must disclose by law.
Ending a project
Either of us may end a project by written notice, as set out in the proposal. We may also stop work or restrict access to the site if these terms are seriously breached. Fees for work done up to the end date remain payable.
Governing law
The governing law and the place where disputes are handled for each project are stated in its written proposal. We will always try to resolve a disagreement through direct conversation first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. A change does not affect a project whose proposal you have already accepted, unless we both agree.
