How SA Coder collects, uses and protects the personal information you share with us. Last updated October 29, 2026.

Who we are

SA Coder (“we”, “us”) builds AI-enabled websites, online stores and workflow automation for businesses in the US, UK and Europe. This policy covers personal information collected through company.sayedulislam.website, including our contact form and the emails that follow from it.

For the purposes of data protection law, SA Coder is the controller of the information described here.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you use the contact form we collect your name, your email address and the message you write. Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in your message. If you later become a client, we also collect the project and business details needed to deliver the work.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web server and hosting provider record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request. When you submit the contact form, our site briefly stores a hashed identifier based on your IP address, for about 30 seconds, to limit spam and repeated submissions.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not buy personal information about you from third parties.

How we use it

  • To read your enquiry, reply to you and arrange a strategy call.
  • To prepare proposals and deliver projects you ask us to take on.
  • To keep the website secure, prevent spam and fix technical problems.
  • To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to make decisions about you by automated means.

Legal bases

If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on the following bases under data protection law:

  • Steps before a contract and performance of a contract, when we respond to your enquiry or deliver a project.
  • Legitimate interests, in running a secure website, preventing abuse and keeping a record of business correspondence. We balance these against your rights.
  • Legal obligation, where we must keep records or respond to lawful requests.
  • Consent, where we ask for it, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the services we need to run the business, and only as far as necessary:

  • our website hosting and backup providers, who store the site and its data;
  • our email provider, which delivers contact form enquiries and our replies;
  • professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it.

If we use additional tools on a client project, such as automation or AI services, we will tell that client which ones before personal information is processed through them.

International transfers

We work remotely with clients in several countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. You can contact us for details.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any project that follows, and afterwards for as long as our business records or legal obligations require. If an enquiry does not lead to work, we delete it when it is no longer useful. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, and we will do so unless we must keep it by law.

Backups are overwritten on the normal backup schedule of our hosting provider.

Cookies

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies at the time of writing. WordPress sets a small number of functional cookies only for people who log in to the site’s administration area, which does not apply to ordinary visitors. Fonts and scripts on this site are served from our own domain.

If we add analytics or other cookies in future, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
  • ask us to correct or delete it;
  • object to or ask us to restrict certain uses;
  • receive your information in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent you have given;
  • complain to your local data protection authority, such as the ICO in the UK.

Residents of California and some other US states have similar rights to know, delete and correct their information. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond within the time the law allows.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including a spam filter on our form and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are for businesses. This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make a significant change, we will make that clear on this page.
