Portfolio / Case study

A store for stock that is always one of one.

A resale seller adds one-of-one pieces every week and needed a store that keeps a changing catalog easy to browse. We built it on WooCommerce, with navigation designed around departments, categories and new drops.

The goal

Make constant change easy to shop.

Most items exist once and move quickly. Shoppers need to spot new arrivals fast, narrow a large catalog without friction and trust a seller they may not have bought from before.

01

Every item is unique

With one piece per listing, the catalog changes every week. New arrivals have to be easy to find and browsing has to stay fresh.

02

A large catalog to navigate

More than 300 listings at the time of writing, spread across departments and clothing, shoe and accessory categories.

03

Trust in secondhand

Shoppers want to know items are checked, how shipping works and what returns look like before they commit.

What we built

Six pieces, one working system.

01

A mega menu with live counts

Departments and categories show how many pieces each one holds, with a preview of the newest arrivals.

02

Search with a collection filter

A search box with a collection selector lets shoppers narrow by department or category before they type.

03

Fresh finds tabs

A new this week section with tabs for New in and key categories keeps the home page current.

04

Bag drawer and accounts

A slide-out bag and a sign in link keep shopping and returning customers on the same page.

05

Trust and checkout signals

Secure checkout messaging, accepted payment options including cards, wallets and buy now pay later, and shipping and returns information.

06

Drop alerts and brand story

An email signup for new drops, a story page and custom category illustrations give the store personality.

How a shopper uses it

From new drop to checkout.

  1. 01

    Browse or search

Shoppers start from the menu, the category tiles or the search box.

  2. 02

    Filter by collection

Department and category filters narrow a large catalog quickly.

  3. 03

    Add to bag

The bag drawer shows the order without leaving the page.

  4. 04

    Check out securely

Payment options and shipping details are clear before the final step.

What is live

What this project delivers today.
